OFFICIAL NUMBERS. When handing
out OFFICIAL NUMBERS, we will honor street
numbers only for those customers still in line
at that time. You must be present to
receive an official number.
We do not give out
prices for items before the sale. You must
attend the sale if you are interested in an
item.
we will provide assistance in moving standard
and smaller items, however large items will
require you to provide labor and/or professional
movers. Please consider how an item
will be moved when purchasing it.

Outstanding
collector’s estate sale/ Burton
Nice
collection of furniture this week!
The player
piano is the show stopper here! What an
outstanding piece, and it plays! It also comes
with over 100 plus more player rolls!
Starting in
the garage, we have a John Deere x300 Tractor.
42” cut with bagging system, A Stihl backpack
blower, moving dollies, Schwinn Impact bike,
Ryobi ten inch table saw, an electric chain saw,
wheel borrow, Toro blower, small electric garden
tiller, lots of hand tools and garden tools, a
garden wagon and a real nice decorative antique
hand pump.
In the car
port is a Victorian cast iron urn, cement bird
baths, planters, pots hoses, plastic shelving
and more.
The kitchen
has pots and pans, vintage baking pans an lids,
glass ware, Bistro set, silver punch bowl,
Wedgwood dish set, microwave, stove and
refrigerator, various small kitchen appliances
and the brass light fixture hanging there too.
Of special interest there is a kitchen cabinet
with a butcher block top.
The dining
room has a beautiful table with 6 chairs, an
outstanding crystal chandelier, a beautiful set
of dishes, mirrors, floor lamps, bookcases,
china cabinets, presidential style desk, love
seats, vintage upholstered chairs, electric wood
style stove, nesting tables, wing back leather
chair and a bamboo style end table.
In the living
room, there are 2 drum tables, great lamps, one
of an art glass balloon lamp, oil paintings and
framed art. Art glass, depression glass, silver
trays with tea and coffee set, Victorian banquet
lamp, lots of vintage linens, nice cabinets,
rugs, teacarts, Victorian chairs, hallway table
with mirror, marble top table, an art deco bar,
an outstanding 4 poster style bed with matching
night stand, dresser and mirror.
In the den
there is a nice size chair with matching
ottoman, book case, chest of drawers, brass
floor lamps, T V, nice snack trays, comic book
collection.
The basement
is full of collectables, knick knacks, old movie
projector and splicer, file cabinets, metal
cabinets, large bench vise, 12” band saw, Delta
disc sander and a router table. We have a
Kenmore washer with a Kenmore Gas dryer.
Finally, in
the back yard, a play ground swing, monkey bar
with teeter totters too.
A real nice
sale here you will not want to miss. Come early
because there are a lot of nice smalls here too.
